We ship as quickly as possible but please allow 3 business days for processing and packaging your order. ( excluding weekends and holidays.)
Lost + Stolen Packages
An Intentional Life is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Once your package leaves our shipping center (verified by tracking information) it is no longer our responsibility.
If your package is lost or stolen please contact us and in certain cases we will be able to discuss a replacement. We cannot offer refunds.
Tips: If your package gets lost, please call your post office with your tracking number to first see what they say.
Then try filing a claim through USPS or going through your credit card company to receive a refund.
After you have done these things, please contact us with an update and we can help you get a resolution you are happy with.

Wrong address entered
If you put your shipping address in correctly please contact us ASAP so we can fix it before it gets to shipping. If it has already shipped you will need to go through the shipping carrier to fix the error. Please have your tracking number ready for them.
Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective please send us a email, along with photos and we will be happy to discuss a replacement product.

Return + Exchange policy
We can not accept returns on any of our candy items.
If you choose to return any other products from our shop, we accept unused products in their original packaging within 10 days of their arrival date.
